Reservation Process on the internet (article 5 of the conditions).

5.1. Fill in the reservation request form of your selected cabaret standing on cofrase-cabarets.com and cofrase.com/cabarets.

5.2. Upon receipt, COFRASE CABARET will confirm both the availability and the deposit to be paid to COFRASE CABARET in order to validate the reservation.
5.2.1 In case of part payment, (guarantee deposit), the amount remaining due will be collected on the spot by the cabaret.
5.2.2 In case of full payment, nothing will have to be paid on the spot to the cabaret except extra services not included into the original reservation.
If the reservation request cannot be satisfied at the desired date an alternative solution will be proposed whenever possible by COFRASE CABARET.

5.3. If COFRASE CABARET's proposal is accepted by the client, he/she pays COFRASE CABARETS the agreed price and following the agreed mode of payment (money transfer, credit card, cheque drawn on a French bank). Credit card informations can be provided by telephone (+331 55 26 10 10 or 01 55 26 10 10 ) or fax (+33 1 53 26 77 93 or 01 53 26 77 93 ). They should never be sent by electronic mail.

5.4. After control and acceptance of the financial informations received by COFRASE CABARET payment is collected. In return, COFRASE CABARET issues a document of confirmation (Voucher) indicating reference number and all details of the booking, notably the amount remaining due if any. The Voucher must be given to the cabaret. Should a problem arise during the payment (insufficient funds, wrong number etc.) COFRASE CABARET will notify the client by e-mail or telephone for prompt regularization and to avoid invalidation of the reservation.

(With regard to the strong and permanent demand of booking requests destined to the Moulin Rouge, we considered necessary to speed up the booking process for this cabaret in allowing the client to provide his credit card data's in the same time he/she fills the reservation request form. Therefore and unlike to other cabarets, the reservation form of the Moulin Rouge is secured. Keyboarding of these confidential informations are not yet mandatory at this stage of the request but give a better chance to be succesful especially during very busy periods like weekends and autumn-winter seasons. Of course, in case the date requested cannot be satisfied, no charge will apply and the data's will be destroyed).
